Baked Tofu Cubes

These guys have an uncanny cheesy flavor that’s hard to beat! Thank you, nutritional yeast! The recipe is super simple, too. Great for a party!

Ingredients

  • one block super firm tofu

  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast (nooch)

  • 2 TBS of your favorite dried spices (I used my go-to, Spike Salt-free Seasoning)

  • pinch of sea salt (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment or use a silicone mat.

  3. Rinse the tofu and press it lightly in a towel or paper towel to remove excess water.

  4. Cut the block into cubes about ¾” to 1″ in size.

  5. Toss the cubes in a bowl with the nooch and the spices until well coated.

  6. Add love 💗

  7. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10.

  8. Serve with your favorite plant-based dipping sauce. I used my famous Creamy Ranch dressing and it was perfect.

Serves 6. Enjoy!
