Raw Cranberry Relish

Mmmmm…. FRESH! This cranberry relish is such a wonderful alternative to traditional cranberry sauce. It’s incredibly fresh, tart and a little bit sweet, too. And making it couldn’t be more simple, with only 3 ingredients. Check it out! Warning: it’s addictive!

Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz. bag fresh cranberries

  • 2 cups rough-chopped, organic cored apples (leave the skins on!)

  • 2 cups rough-chopped, organic peeled oranges (make sure there are no seeds!)

Method

  1. Pulse the cranberries in a food processor until finely chopped but not mushy (15- 20 pulses). Set aside in a separate bowl.

  2. Pulse the apples with the oranges, again in a food processor until chopped (about 10 pulses).

  3. Add love! 💗

  4. Combine all ingredients and stir well.

That's it! Told you it was easy. 😁 Makes about 6 cups.

Notes

Make sure you use organic apples. And I recently learned that our conventionally grown citrus is now also contaminated with all kinds of nasty insecticides, especially hormone-disrupting fungicides. Sigh. So it’s only organic citrus for us now.
