Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Yum yum yum. This bowl is a delight for the eyes as well as the tastebuds! Plus is has blue spirulina to amp up both the color and the nutrients! Perfect for the warmer months approaching!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk

  • 2 TBS almond butter

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp blue spirulina

Method

  1. Add love 💙 and BLEND!

  2. You will need a high powered blender for this recipe as there is very little liquid to start. If you add too much liquid to a smoothie bowl, you’ll get smoothie soup! 🤪 I recommend Vitamix! Simply the best.

  3. Top with whatever you like. I used fresh blueberries, almond slices and hemp seeds.

Makes TWO BOWLS of deliciousness!
