Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Yum yum yum. This bowl is a delight for the eyes as well as the tastebuds! Plus is has blue spirulina to amp up both the color and the nutrients! Perfect for the warmer months approaching!
Ingredients
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
2 pitted dates
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
2 TBS almond butter
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 tsp blue spirulina
Method
Add love 💙 and BLEND!
You will need a high powered blender for this recipe as there is very little liquid to start. If you add too much liquid to a smoothie bowl, you’ll get smoothie soup! 🤪 I recommend Vitamix! Simply the best.
Top with whatever you like. I used fresh blueberries, almond slices and hemp seeds.
Makes TWO BOWLS of deliciousness!
